Payment Details
A 50% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of making your booking. Final payment is due 15 May, 2019. If you purchase after 15 may, 2019 full payment is due at time of booking.
Foreign Currency
Tour the Greens accepts payments in AUD or USD. If the tour / holiday is quoted in a foreign currency, Tour the Greens will convert to AUD on the date of booking for the deposit and 14 days in advance on the 90 day full payment deadline. The foreign currency will be converted at the sell rate of the day from the CBA.
Amendments
If you need to make a change to a confirmed booking, we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of $100 per person per amendment plus any charges imposed by our suppliers.
Cancellations
Cancellations before May 15,2019 will forfeit all deposits. There will be no refunds issued after May 15, 2019.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is a mandatory requirement of participation in this tour. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be purchased at the time of booking.
Refunds / Wet Weather
If a golf club is closed and play is not permitted the portion of the golf course fees will be refunded. Tour the Greens will not refund any other monies under any other circumstances.
Twin Share Packages
You can nominate the person you would like to share a room with or alternatively Tour the Greens will place you with a suitable partner. If a partner can not be found, you will be liable for the single cost.
Further Information
All hotels are subject to change. If a change is made a hotel or course of similar standard will be substituted. The order of courses we play are also subject to change pending availability.
Ticketing and Benefits
Ticketing and all benefits are non transferable. the on-selling of any tickets will result in the ticket being cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
