NAME: US Masters Competition

  1. Competition opens on Monday, February 15, 2021 and will close at 10pm on October 31, 2021
  2. Authority Number TP / 00161
  3. Draw will take place on November 1, 2021 @ 10am at the Tour the Greens Office
  4. Draw is Open to permanent residents of Australia and all entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of entry.
  5. One entry per person is permitted
  6. Bonus entries may be given for completing certain tasks or winning competitions at the discretion of the competition organisers.
  7. The prize is a trip for two people to the 2022 US Masters (April 6-11, 2022)
    1. 5 nights’ twin share accommodation in Augusta and surrounds
    2. 2 days’ at the 2022 US Masters (Friday and Sunday)
    3. 2 games of golf including cart and lunch
    4. Return transfers to and from Augusta (designated times)
    5. Daily transfers to the Masters and golf courses
    6. Meals and drinks provided on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evening at the Tour the Greens Hospitality House

  8. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to present a credit card when checking into hotels, picking up hire cars or other reasons for any incidental costs. All incidental costs are at the sole responsibility of the prize winner
  9. Prizes are not transferable. Dates are not changeable and transfer time are set and can not be altered.
  10. In acceptance of the prize, the winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.
  11. The prize can not be redeemed for cash
  12. Due to COVID 19, If the trip is unable to take place due to border restrictions the prize will be transferred to the 2023 US Masters. Please note border restrictions only apply to Australia. Border restrictions do not apply for state based border restrictions. 
  13. The prize is not able to be swapped for any other product or cash prize
  14. The winners will be notified by email on November 2, 2021
  15. The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of being notified
  16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, misadventure, accident, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law)
  17. Subject to any restrictions at law, the liability of the Promoter however arising is limited to the total value of the relevant Prize.
  18. By entering this competition the winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by on behalf of the promoter (Tour the Greens).
  19. By entering into this competition the entrant agrees to receive marketing information from Tour the Greens and partners.
  20. The competition organisers may alter and add to the terms and conditions if they deem appropriate.
