Payment Details

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the start of the tour. If you book within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Some tours/holidays have increased deposit and final payment requirements, which are detailed in the holiday/tour itineraries.

Credit Card Payments

An additional fee of 2% (Visa and Mastercard) and 3% (American Express) will apply to credit card payments.

Foreign Currency

Tour the Greens accepts payments in AUD or USD. If a tour/holiday is quoted in a foreign currency, Tour the Greens will convert it to AUD on the date of booking for the deposit and 14 days before the 90-day full payment deadline. The foreign currency will be converted at the sell rate of the day from the CBA.

Amendments

If you need to make changes to a confirmed booking, an amendment fee of $100 per person per amendment will apply, plus any charges imposed by our suppliers.

Price Changes

All pricing listed on our website is indicative and subject to change. All quotes are valid for 7 days, except for flight pricing, which cannot be guaranteed until full payment is made.

Taxes

All taxes, including GST, are included in the quoted price.

Passports & Visas

Passports are required for all international travel. Visas are required for many destinations, including the USA (ESTA waiver). Tour the Greens takes no responsibility if you are refused entry into a country. All passport guidelines and visa applications are the responsibility of the customer.

Airfares

All airfares are subject to availability, and special conditions apply. Any airfare deadline will override the published final payment date, and failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in increased charges.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure will forfeit all deposits. Cancellations between 60 and 90 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 60 days.

COVID-19 – 100% Credit for All Bookings

In these uncertain times, Tour the Greens is proud to offer certainty with every booking. If booked after August 1, 2021, all holiday packages that cannot be fulfilled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions will be eligible for a 100% credit for the amount paid, including all deposits and final payments.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for participation in this tour. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.

Refunds / Wet Weather

If a golf club is closed and play is not permitted, the portion of the golf course fees will be refunded. Tour the Greens will not refund any other monies under any other circumstances.

Limit of Liability

Details of any holiday/tour may change due to circumstances outside our control. We do not accept any liability for the acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party providers over whom we have no direct control. Tour the Greens uses trusted third-party providers, including but not limited to hotels, golf courses, and transfer companies. Where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability for injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused by force majeure or any event beyond our control.

Twin Share Packages

You can nominate the person you would like to share a room with, or Tour the Greens will place you with a suitable partner. If a partner cannot be found, you will be liable for the single supplement cost.

Further Information

All hotels are subject to change. If a change is made, a hotel or course of similar standard will be substituted. The order of courses played and tee times are also subject to change pending availability.

Augusta Experiences Terms & Conditions

2025 Booking Conditions / Payment Terms

A $5,000 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your 2025 US Masters Package.

Final payments will be invoiced on November 15, 2024.

All payments will be converted to AUD dollars based on the USD sell rate (Get foreign cash) from the CBA. Final payment will be due on or before December 1. The final payment will be converted to AUD on 15 November as per above. If you wish to pay earlier, the payment amount will be converted to AUD dollars as above on the day you intend to pay. If a credit card has been provided, the balance will be taken on 15 November. If direct deposit is selected, a reminder notice will be sent on 15 November, with the current balance converted into AUD as per the terms and conditions. If you purchase after the 1st of December (Due Date), full payment is due at the time of booking. All final payments are non-refundable.

Amendments

If you need to make a change to a confirmed booking, we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of $100 per person per amendment plus any charges imposed by our suppliers.

Cancellations

Due to strict event payment conditions, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your arrangements, this policy will apply as standard practice. All cancellations must be advised in writing to Tour the Greens.

The frustrated contracts ACT does not apply to this booking.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for participation in this tour. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be purchased at the time of booking.

Flight Information and Extended Tours

If you wish to have Tour the Greens quote on international flights or extensions to the tour, please list your requirements in the Special Requests section above.

Refunds / Wet Weather

Please note that the US Masters does not refund tickets under any circumstances. Tour the Greens will not refund tickets to the Masters under any circumstances. COVID 19

If COVID-related travel restrictions are imposed by the state or federal government that prohibit you from travelling, Tour the Greens will offer a full credit for a future tour. All credits will be subject to credits being provided to Tour the Greens by the various suppliers Tour the Greens uses to deliver your Tour package.

We do not accept any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event beyond our control, which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
