2021 Special Condition – Refundable Deposit
100% of Deposit refundable if cancelled prior to October 15, 2020. *** Conditions Apply
Refundable Deposit only available if travel restrictions to the USA have not been lifted for the month of April, 2021 on or before the date of cancellation. Restrictions include any quarantine period served both in the USA and Australia.
Payment Details
A $5,000 USD non refundable deposit per person is payable at the time of making your booking. All payments will be converted to AUD dollars based on the USD sell rate from the CBA. Final payment will be due on or before December 1. The final payment will be converted to AUD on 15 November as per above. If you wish to pay earlier the payment amount will be converted to AUD dollars as above on the day you intend to pay. If a credit card has been provided the balance will be taken on the 15 November. If direct deposit is selected a reminder notice will be sent on 15 November, with the current balance converted into AUD as per the terms and conditions. If you purchase after the 1st of December full payment is due at time of booking.
Amendments
If you need to make a change to a confirmed booking we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of $100 per person per amendment plus any charges imposed by our suppliers.
Cancellations
Due to strict event payment conditions all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your arrangements this policy will apply as standard practice. All cancellations must be advised in writing to Tour the Greens.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is a mandatory requirement of participation in this tour. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be purchased at the time of booking.
Flight Information and Extended Tours
If you wish to have Tour the Greens quote on international flights or extensions to the tour, please list your requirements in the Special Requests section above.
Refunds / Wet Weather
Please note that the US Masters does not refund tickets under any circumstances. Tour the Greens will not refund tickets to the Masters under any circumstances. While in Arizona or South Carolina if a golf club is closed and play is not permitted the portion of the golf course fees will be refunded. Tour the Greens will not refund any other monies under any other circumstances.
Twin Share Packages
You can nominate the person you would like to share a room with or alternatively Tour the Greens will place you with a suitable partner.
Further Information
All courses and hotels are subject to change. If a change is made a hotel or course of similar standard will be substituted. The order of courses we play are also subject to change pending availability.
